Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to make the return process as easy as possible. Please read our full policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components.

Some items, such as customized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. 1. Contact Us – Email or call our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. 2. Pack the Item Securely – Ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  3. 3. Ship the Return – Use a tracked and insured shipping service to send the item back to us. The return address will be provided when your return is approved.
  4. 4. Processing the Return – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 5–7 working days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • If the item is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), a partial refund may be granted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.
  • If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs for faulty goods.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Faulty or damaged products.
  • Incorrect items received.

If you need an exchange, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, faulty product, or damage in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • For large or heavy items, we can arrange a collection service, but the cost of collection may be deducted from your refund.
